Tasting - Primo Amore

Name: Primo Amore
Variety: Mostcato
Region: Puglia
Country: Italy
Year:
Price: $8.95

Winery Review:  Straw-yellow with golden reflections and a delicate mousse. Fruity and very inviting, with intense scents
of peaches and exotic fruit. Fresh and pleasantly sweet with a taste that reveals its varietal characteristic
.
My review:  This was good Moscato but this was just not the taste I was craving today.  The color was pale yellow and had a minimal amount of carbonation.  The smell was mostly of pear but I knew it was going to be very sugary.  The taste was extremely sweet and easy to drink.  This wine tasted fine on its own and does not need food paired with it.  After this tasting I had some Swiss cheese which did complement this wine.
